Our professional Assistys step in seamlessly to handle the details—email and calendar management, invoicing, travel arrangements, expense reporting, data entry, customer service, basic tech support, document preparation, and more—so you can focus on working on the business, not in it! No training is required! Our team has professional admin experience and work across Microsoft Office, Google Suite, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, and dozens of other platforms, plus we do all training in-house so you don’t have to. Our Assistys know their way around operations and are ready to jump in, get up to speed fast, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Get matched within 48-hours: We’ll pair you with a skilled Assisty who meets your needs—each of our professionals is hand-selected, vetted, and background-checked.
Seamless onboarding: Once you’re matched, we handle contracts, payment setup, and onboarding coordination so your Assisty is ready to go ASAP. Onboarding typically takes one or two 45-minute sessions, during which your Assisty will get up to speed on your tasks, workflows, and company voice. This time is used to ensure they fully understand your priorities, preferred communication style, and any specific tools or systems they’ll be working with—so they can jump in and start delivering value right away.
Ongoing support & flexibility: As your needs evolve, so will your Assisty’s role. We provide continuous training and quarterly service evaluations to make sure you’re always getting exactly what you need.

Christina Hechler is the Founder and Executive Operations Consultant at Assisty, a company dedicated to empowering businesses and entrepreneurs with reliable, efficient, and customized support. Her mission in life is simple: to help people. Ever since she was a little girl, she dreamed of owning her own company. At 22, she began working for herself by providing virtual assistant consulting services, and that journey eventually led her to create Assisty in 2024.
Guided by her values and faith, Christina has built her career on a foundation of service and dedication. After just one year as an Executive Assistant at a rapidly growing startup, she was promoted to Chief of Staff. Thrown into a role with no clear expectations or roadmap, Christina was determined to figure it out. She set out to deliver every project with precision and attention to detail, a commitment that eventually led her to create Tied In A Bow Coaching – a resource for young, new, or struggling professionals who need empathetic guidance and support in their careers.

Sessions are 1:1 and can be scheduled as ongoing support or as needed, based on your goals and what you’re comfortable with. Think of it like therapy—but for your career. Professional development that’s tailored to you, with guidance from someone who’s been there and knows how to help.

$65 per session. Each session lasts 45 minutes, and you'll receive any relevant post-session materials tailored to your needs, provided by your coach. This gives you actionable steps and resources to continue making progress after our time together.
